The Voice

My radio show, Jorie K.’s Journey can be experienced every other Saturday from noon until 2pm central time on WHPK 88.5 FM in Chicago. I also host Jorie K.’s Journey every Saturday during the summer months and seasonal breaks for the University of Chicago on the same station from 9:00 am until noon. Streaming live at www.whpk.org, the Journey is a fantastic voyage into the many facets of jazz, funk, and jazz infused eclectic tunes, while Jorie K.’s Journey is a celebration of straightforward jazz tunes that paved the way of jazz today.

As a voiceover artist, my sound is versatile like chocolate. Smooth, rich, sweet, and spicy. My voiceover career started with recording phone system greetings for small businesses in the Chicagoland area. Over time, my talents began to make room for me, and I have had the opportunity to grace the mic for nationwide commercial spots, training videos, webinars, and infomercials. I've had some fun with great organizations.
